Processing Time All orders are processed within 1 business day. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. We ship via Royal Mail. Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location:
- UK: 1–3 business days
- Europe: 5–7 business days
- Rest of World: 7–14 business days
International Shipping We ship internationally via Royal Mail. Please note that import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply depending on your country and are the responsibility of the buyer.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your Royal Mail tracking number where applicable.
Damaged or Lost Items If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will work with Royal Mail to resolve the issue promptly.
